Potential of resveratrol in the proliferation of neural stem cells and the induction of human stem cells from the root canal.

Origin and importance

Inducing the transformation into neurons of human root tip stem cells by resveratrol has been shown to be effective in increasing the amount of neurons of the stem cells in order to be useful as cell therapy in the treatment of central nervous system disorders. This substance increases the amount of nerve cell precursors for nerve cell transplantation. To be applied in the treatment of various diseases related to the nervous system such as Sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL), Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease.
