Abstract: Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the urinary tract. with a high incidence in the male population Although surgery and catheterization can help, But recurrence is very common. and may become more widespread. For this reason, adjuvant therapy should be considered in all patients. Resveratrol exhibits a two-step response both in vitro and in vivo. It has the effect of inhibiting cell proliferation in high concentrations. and has the effect of resisting the creation of new blood vessels in low concentrations This indicates a role for clinical management as an adjunctive treatment to conventional therapy. In this review We review standard treatment approaches for bladder cancer and preclinical studies investigating resveratrol in xenograft models of bladder cancer. Molecular signaling is also discussed. Special emphasis is placed on the STAT3 pathway and vascular growth factor modulation.
