When I started researching resveratrol and anti-aging, it started with research done at Harvard Univ. where 6-month-old rats were raced against 2-year-old rats (equivalent to 60-year-olds) who were fed resveratrol. It turned out that a 2-year-old mouse beat a 6-month-old mouse in a race. After that, the internal organs of both mice were dissected. It was found that the internal organs of 2-year-old rats generally deteriorate with age. But this experiment found that the internal organs of the two rats were not different. This story is similar to my own experience. According to laboratory tests, it has internal organs comparable to those of young people.
