Abstract:Resveratrol has attracted great interest from scientists as this compound has many bioactive properties due to its outstanding antioxidant capacity. However, the role of the antioxidant activity of these molecules is not very clear. This thesis details the development and biological evaluation of resveratrol to better understand its pharmaceutical value.
This dissertation begins with an overview of hydroxylated stilbene. (Resveratrol) is important and similarity exists in natural plants. Therefore, these studies summarize and help in substrate selection and biological evaluation.
